Working Hours:

• Weekdays (4 days): 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Weekends (1 day): 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  
  

Responsibilities:

• Process and verify documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Prepare, organize, and maintain documentation.

• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on documentation matters.

• Follow up on outstanding documents and requests.

• Update and maintain accurate records in the system.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide administrative support.

• Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeline.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with company policies and procedures.

• Perform data entry and prepare basic reports.

• Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned.
