Role Description The Creative Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Petaling Jaya, responsible for developing and executing creative concepts for events and campaigns. Daily tasks include brainstorming event ideas, preparing creative proposals and decks, crafting event narratives and copy, and collaborating with designers to produce visual assets and branding materials. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and clients to refine concepts, ensuring all creative outputs are consistent with brand guidelines and event objectives. The Creative Executive also supports project timelines, attends key meetings and onsite events as required, and contributes to continuous improvement of Joyspace’s creative standards and processes.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support smooth event execution.
• Candidates should possess Branding and Graphic Design skills to develop cohesive visual identities and event-related design materials.
• Candidates should possess Writing skills to create compelling event copy, proposals, scripts, and marketing content.
• Relevant experience in event management, marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is beneficial.
• Proficiency in design and presentation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, PowerPoint) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related fields is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
