VACANCY: PRODUCTION MACHINE OPERATOR

Job Responsibilities

• Operate sublimation printing and heat press machines according to company SOP.
• Perform machine setup and basic machine adjustments.
• Monitor the production process and ensure machines operate smoothly.
• Check fabric printing for colour accuracy, alignment and overall quality.
• Conduct basic machine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Handle production materials and finished products carefully.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety within the production area.
• Achieve daily production targets and maintain consistent product quality.
• Report machine issues, defects or production problems to the supervisor.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / TVET qualification in; Mechanical Engineering / Manufacturing, Printing Technology, Printing Technology, Textile / Textile Technology, Electrical / Instrumentation, Mechatronics, Other related technical fields
• Candidates from Polytechnic, IKM, KKTM, GIATMARA, DRB-HICOM, KPM or other recognised TVET institutions are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Practical or hands-on experience in machine operation, manufacturing, printing or textile production will be an added advantage.
• Good technical understanding and basic troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, punctual and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a production / factory environment.
