Pre-School Operations & Accounts Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procurement / Operations:

• Provide support to Operations Director & render support for new centre set-up e.g. NETS application, Little Lives etc
• Identify and source new suppliers to enhance procurement options with competitive prices
• Maintain and develop an approved suppliers list
• Obtain quotes from various suppliers and follow-up on purchase requisition & receipt of goods
• Coordinate activities between school and vendors e.g. teaching resources etc.
• Orders & Purchases of required items for office/school
• Other Administrative duties such as Insurance Renewal/Claims, Season Parking Renewals
• Other Ad-hoc duties, issue resolution,  etc

Accounts

• Provide Accounting Support for Payments to Vendors
• Prepare quarterly GST reports in compliance with regulations
• Co-ordinate Year-end closing of accounts

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma level qualification in accounting or related field
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with ability to prioritise tasks
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
• Able to work Independently and as part of a team
• Mandarin speaking required to liaise with mandarin speaking vendors
