What You'll Do

• Identify and approach potential B2B customers for bird’s nest beverage OEM services
• Build relationships with brand owners, distributors, retailers, and business partners
• Understand customers’ product ideas and recommend suitable OEM solutions
• Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales opportunities
• Coordinate with the internal production, R&D, and operation teams on customer requirements
• Follow up on samples, packaging, production timelines, and delivery progress
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer information, and follow-up status
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, or business events when required

What We're Looking For

Must Have:

• Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Food Science, or related field
• At least 1–2 years of sales experience; B2B, FMCG, food & beverage, supplement, or OEM experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills
• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with follow-up work
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer meetings

Added Advantage:

• Experience selling OEM, private-label, bird’s nest, health food, beverage, or halal products
• Existing network of distributors, agents, retailers, or brand owners
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and quotation preparation

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
