• Lead and support daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Monitor production performance and improve processes to meet quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot production and process issues through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Drive continuous improvement in assembly processes, tooling, and production flow.
• Provide technical support and guidance to Production Technicians and Line Leaders, including IPC requirements.
• Prepare and maintain work instructions and process documentation.
• Work with Quality and Production teams to resolve process and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with 5S, HSE, quality standards, and company procedures.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production/process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in wire harness, module assembly, or electrical/electronic assembly is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of production processes, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills, with the ability to guide production teams.
• Proactive, responsible, and hands-on in handling production challenges and improvements.

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
