• Maintain and update product details, inventory, pricing, and promotions on multiple e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, finance, and other support functions to ensure order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Attend to all incoming inquiries via the company’s e-commerce website, emails, phone, walk-in and other mediums.
• Receive and process orders from multiple e-commerce platforms, company email accounts and phone calls, in a timely manner.
• Ensure all sales related documents are properly received, prepared, and filed.
• Ensure data accuracy in orders and invoices.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management perusal.
• Monitor sales trends or customer behavior and suggest alternative sales or promotion strategy where possible/necessary.
• Manage customer complaints effectively and efficiency and where necessary, escalate to management for reporting purpose or further action.
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the sales and marketing manager.
