Reporting to the Team Head, the incumbent will oversee quality management activities within a large-scale technology platform project. This role is responsible for ensuring robust quality governance, effective vendor oversight, and continuous improvement of project processes and deliverables.

Requirements
A recognized Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or equivalent.
Minimum 8 years of solid experience in IT application development and/or outsourced projects.
At least 2 years in a similar role and comparable capacity .
Strong hands-on experience in:
Azure Cloud Management , including configuration and automation using Terraform
CI/CD implementation , Git, Docker and/or Kubernetes
ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, XML, JSON
Experience in monitoring application performance and resolving system issues to ensure operational stability.
Proven experience in enhancement planning and coordinating with stakeholders, vendors, and development teams.
Solid experience in vendor management for application enhancement and maintenance.
Conversant with SDLC methodologies (Agile / Waterfall).
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese .
Preferred / Advantageous Skills

AI model deployment techniques (e.g., prompt tuning, embedding, transfer learning, quantization)

Duties
Manage and maintain applications hosted on Azure Cloud , including automation and infrastructure configuration using Terraform.
Monitor system and application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and availability.
Plan and manage application enhancements to meet business requirements.
Coordinate closely with stakeholders, vendors, and development teams to ensure timely and reliable system delivery.
Oversee outsourced vendors in application enhancement and maintenance, ensuring compliance with service standards and SLAs.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes.
Support and maintain web-based applications developed using modern frontend and backend technologies.
Ensure development and maintenance activities comply with established SDLC methodologies and best practices.
