Quality Report AdminJob Description

• Prepare, compile and maintain daily, weekly and monthly quality reports.
• Collect quality data from QC/QA, production and relevant departments and ensure accuracy.
• Update and maintain quality records, inspection reports and related documentation.
• Prepare reports such as defect rate, rejection rate, PPM, customer complaints and other quality performance reports.
• Assist the Quality Department in tracking quality issues, corrective actions and improvement activities.
• Follow up with relevant departments on outstanding quality issues and report status updates.
• Maintain proper filing and document control for quality-related records.
• Assist in preparing documents and data for internal, customer and external audits.
• Ensure quality reports and records are completed and submitted within the required timeline.
• Perform data entry and basic data analysis using Excel.
• Support the Quality Manager/Engineer with other administrative and reporting tasks when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality administration, reporting, document control or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Able to handle data entry, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
• Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and follow up with different departments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work under pressure and meet reporting deadlines.
• Experience with ISO 9001 / AS9100 or other quality management systems is an advantage.
• Experience in manufacturing or engineering industry is preferred.
• Good command of English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
