Job Description

GMG Singapore PTE LTD is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will coordinate project documentation, communicate with contractors and suppliers, monitor project schedules, and provide essential administrative support to the project team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to project managers and project teams.
• Maintain project documents, contracts, permits, and records.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, clients, and internal departments.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and deadlines.
• Arrange meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
• Prepare project reports, presentations, and progress updates.
• Monitor project documentation and ensure records are properly maintained.
• Assist with project-related procurement and administrative matters.
• Support the team in resolving administrative and coordination issues.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant project administration experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced project environment.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
