About the role

Stays Hotel is looking for a reliable and guest-focused team member to join our front office as a Guest Service Agent. This is a hands-on position combining hotel reception, reservations, guest service, transaction handling and support for our café operation.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests and handle check-ins and check-outs professionally.
• Manage reservations, including modifications, cancellations and guest complaints.
• Respond promptly to guest enquiries and requests.
• Process payments and maintain accurate hotel and café transaction records.
• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and light snacks at the hotel café.
• Keep the reception and café areas clean and welcoming.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance and kitchen teams.
• Report building maintenance issues and assist with assigned audit processes.
• Provide guests with information about hotel services.

About you

• Friendly and professional when dealing directly with guests.
• Reliable and able to work independently and with other hotel teams.
• Comfortable handling payments, records and routine administration.
• Willing to assist with both front-office and café duties.
• Able to work according to a rotating shift roster.
• Legally entitled to work in Malaysia, or eligible to obtain the required Malaysian employment pass or work permit.
