Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily settlement operations, including trade data reconciliation, fund transfer instructions, and report generation.
• Handle settlement-related activities, including dividend distributions, corporate actions, and other post-settlement processes.
• Perform daily reconciliation of transaction and settlement data, identify discrepancies, and follow up on exceptions.
• Support client onboarding, account setup, basic configuration, and risk monitoring activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external institutions to resolve settlement and operational issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate operational records and ensure relevant settlement documents and reports are properly maintained.
• Perform other operational and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with basic securities settlement processes.
• Able to work effectively under pressure.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and risk awareness.
• Mandarin proficiency (reading, listening, and typing) is a MUST.
