Job Description

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

Technology Development & Industrialization

  • Lead the development, optimization, and industrialization of fragrance delivery system technologies.
  • Support manufacturing scale-up and technology transfer activities.
  • Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Project & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate and prioritization sample-making activities to ensure fast delivery with quality.
  • Manage multiple technical projects and priorities to ensure timely delivery of development milestones.
  • Manage technical projects and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Contribute to automation, digitalization, and sustainability initiatives.

Technical Leadership

  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to technicians and junior team members.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, FMCG, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in product development, process development, scale-up, and industrialization activities.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in polymer chemistry, emulsions, or related technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a highly developed sense of service
  • Exposure to automation, digitalization, Industry 4.0, or data analytics initiatives.
  • Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
