We are seeking for L1 IT Support Engineer Position

Position Details:

Job Type: 6 Months extendable contract with our client (payroll Avensys)

Location: Singapore

Timings : Regular working hours

Yrs of Exp: 1+ years of relevant experience

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support for workstations, peripherals, applications and connectivity across assigned Singapore sites.
• Log, prioritise, troubleshoot and resolve incidents and requests within SLA.
• Collect diagnostic evidence and escalate to L2, infrastructure, application or vendor teams.
• Respond to outages and service degradation and provide timely updates.
• Maintain accurate ticket records, daily reports and shift handovers.
• Follow SOPs, security controls and site-access requirements.
• Support trend analysis, automation and service improvements

Requirements:

• Diploma in IT, Computer Studies or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Knowledge of Windows endpoints, basic networking, peripherals and ServiceNow/Jira.
• Structured troubleshooting and basic SQL skills; Unix/Linux exposure is beneficial.
• Clear communication, customer service and ability to work independently onsite.
• Available for 12-hour rotating shifts, nights, weekends and public holidays.
