Herbal Tea & Bird’s Nest Cook (Full-Time)
Working Schedule
5-day work week
Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
Working hours:
7 AM – 6:00 PM

Has experience in cooking or food preparation
Experience preparing herbal tea, bird’s nest, or traditional wellness products is an advantage
Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Good hygiene and food-handling practices
Careful, organised, and attentive to preparation details
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook herbal teas according to standard recipes and procedures
Prepare and stew bird’s nest products with care and consistency
Measure and prepare ingredients accurately
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the cooking and preparation area
Ensure all products are prepared safely and according to company standards
Monitor cooking times, temperatures, and product quality
Pack and label finished products appropriately
Maintain cleanliness and proper storage of ingredients and equipment
Monitor ingredient stock and inform the team when replenishment is needed
