About the Role

We are looking for driven and commercially minded Corporate Wellness Consultants to grow our corporate client base.

You will engage HR and management decision-makers, understand their employee wellness needs and recommend suitable VealthMe solutions. This is an active, client-facing sales role covering the full sales cycle—from prospecting and opening new doors to presenting proposals, negotiating and closing deals. Product knowledge and training will be provided.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and approach new corporate clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach and client visits.
• Build relationships with HR, People & Culture, Learning & Development and management decision-makers.
• Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable health screening, wellness and employee engagement solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution briefings.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.
• Follow up consistently to build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• 2 years - 5 years of experience in sales, business development or corporate account management is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, health screening, corporate wellness, employee benefits insurance, corporate training, hospitality, property or other B2B industries are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting and developing new clients.
• Confident in engaging corporate decision-makers and conducting presentations.
• Proactive, results-oriented and motivated by targets and commissions.
• Able to work independently, manage a sales pipeline and follow up consistently.
• Possess your own transportation and be willing to travel for client meetings.

• Basic salary of RM3,000–RM5,000 per month, depending on experience.
