Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Human Resources and Recruitment team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This is a contract position that plays a crucial operational role in supporting our recruitment efforts across the organisation. As Talent Acquisition Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and logistical aspects of our recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our talent acquisition function, directly contributing to the organisation's ability to attract and secure top talent.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating interview scheduling, sending invitations to candidates and confirming attendance with hiring managers and interview panels
- Preparing candidate documentation and interview materials, including scorecards, assessment forms and interview guides
- Managing candidate communications throughout the recruitment cycle, providing updates on application status and next steps
- Assisting with the preparation of offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding documentation
- Providing administrative support to the talent acquisition team, including scheduling meetings, arranging interview logistics and coordinating assessments
- Conducting reference checks and background verification coordination as required
Qualification:
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and hiring managers
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition administration, HR operations or a related administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
