JOB SUMMARY:

Leads the property's procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring cost-effective, timely sourcing of quality goods and services (like food, beverage, and guest room amenities) while strictly adhering to brand standards, operating budgets, and local compliance guidelines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Sourcing and Vendor Management: Identifies reliable suppliers, manages approved vendor lists, and negotiates competitive pricing and volume discounts.
• Requisition and Order Oversight: Processes purchase requests (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) across departments, coordinating closely with the Executive Chef and F&B Manager.
• Cost and Budget Control: Works alongside the Financial Controller to monitor inventory levels, par stocks, and consumption expenses to drive financial savings.
• Quality and Compliance: Verifies that delivered items match exact specifications, handles local regulatory audits, and maintains documentation standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: Typically requires 2 to 5 years of hospitality purchasing or inventory management experience.
• Education: A diploma or degree in business administration, supply chain, hospitality management, or finance.
• Skills: Strong negotiation, market awareness, analytical proficiency, and working knowledge of IDB software.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
