Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our team and drive lubricant oil product sales. You will be responsible for building customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and delivering excellent service to clients in the automotive and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Promote and sell lubricant oil products to customers
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets (KPI)
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Attend meetings and sales presentations
Salary & Benefits
• Basic Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
• Transport Allowance: Provided
• Performance-based incentives for hitting KPIs
Requirements
• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales (automotive, lubricant, FMCG, or related field) is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Target-driven and results-oriented
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Own transport is preferred
