• Friendly, presentable and customer-focused
• Able to handle guest enquiries, appointments and reservations
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, phone calls and basic computer systems
• Able to communicate well in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Hospitality, spa or customer service experience is an advantage

2. SPA THERAPIST

• Experienced in massage, spa or wellness treatments
• Professional, well-groomed and service-oriented
• Passionate about providing a relaxing guest experience
• Responsible, positive and willing to learn
• Previous spa experience is preferred; training can be provided
