Job Description

Responsibilities

BOWLING EXECUTIVE

Location: Tessensohn Clubhouse (near Farrer Park MRT)

As a Bowling Executive, you will report to our Senior Bowling Manager .

What you’ll be doing:

  • Operations & Facilities: Oversee daily centre operations, including lane assignments and ensuring facilities (house balls/shoes) are organized and sanitized.

  • Financial Management: Manage front-desk cashiering duties, including transaction processing and daily end-of-day payment reconciliation.

  • Communication & Bookings: Manage and respond to email and phone enquiries regarding lane availability, corporate bookings, and general information.

  • Service Excellence: Deliver high-quality service and manage the full cycle of lane reservations for Club Members, guests, and the general public.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Enforce adherence to official game rules and safety regulations during all bowling leagues and competitive events.

  • Data Administration: Manage the accuracy of bowlers’ records, including the timely update of league standings, competition results, and handicap ratings.

  • Sales & Promotion: Actively promote bowling packages, membership programs, and special events to enhance guest engagement.

  • Operational Mobility: Ability to travel and work at Westwood Bowl (Bukit Batok) or other designated as required by operational needs

We want you, if you have/are:

  • Min. GCE 'O' Levels.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required for data entry and record maintenance.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, sociable, and service-oriented personality.

  • A positive learning attitude and a proactive approach to tasks.

  • Ability to work independently, remain resourceful, and stay self-motivated.

  • Flexible to work on a shift-rotation basis, including weekends and public holidays.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office).

Civil Service Club is the home club for the Public Service Officers and organizing body of many Public Service activities and the STAR Games, a series of competitive sports played annually, by representatives from the different Ministries and Statutory Boards.
