Responsibilities

WE ARE HIRING – TECHNICAL SUPPORT EXECUTIVE (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

Project: StarHub Onboarding
Location: Ara Damansara, Selangor (Near LRT)
Intake: September 2026 ONLY (Candidates who can start in September are preferred)

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Basic Salary: RM2,300

Allowances & Incentives:

  • Night Shift Allowance: RM1000
  • KPI Incentive: RM500

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Guide customers with accurate solutions and information
  • Record and update customer cases in the system
  • Ensure a positive customer experience and quality service

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Willing to work on rotational shifts
  • Able to work in a 24/7 operation environment
  • Able to start work in September 2026
  • Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome

Training: 4 weeks
