Job Summary

Lead daily operations and manage team performance in a fast-paced F&B environment. Oversee inventory, customer service, staff training, and food preparation to ensure compliance with company standards and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational workflows to ensure smooth outlet functioning and service delivery
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet operational demands and optimize team productivity
• Order and control inventory from suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels and minimize waste
• Resolve customer complaints promptly to uphold high standards of customer satisfaction
• Conduct comprehensive training for new staff to ensure adherence to company policies and service quality
• Enforce strict hygiene and cleanliness protocols to maintain a safe and sanitary outlet environment
• Grill and cook dishes following company recipes and quality standards to ensure consistent food quality
• Monitor food preparation processes to guarantee compliance with company standards and safety regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support overall business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant F&B managerial experience
• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills to motivate teams and coordinate tasks effectively
• Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment
