Sales Coordination

• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Prepare quotations, contracts, banquet event orders (BEOs), and other sales documents.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Follow up on enquiries, proposals, and confirmed bookings.
• Assist in preparing monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
• Monitor contract expiry dates and corporate account renewals.
• Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.

Marketing Support

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials, brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
• Support social media content scheduling and monitor online engagement.
• Coordinate website updates and promotional content.
• Assist in organizing exhibitions, roadshows, travel fairs, and networking events.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
