Company Description

Moki & Co Pte Ltd is a pet care group founded by pet parents and seasoned entrepreneurs who are committed to elevating standards in the pet care industry. The company is building a diversified ecosystem of pet and animal care businesses that deliver high-quality healthcare, services, and products that customers can trust for generations.

The Clinic

Within Moki & Co Group, The Cat Vet is Singapore's premier exclusively feline veterinary clinic, committed to delivering the highest standard of cat-specific medical and general surgical care. Our purpose-built, stress-free environment is designed entirely around the unique needs of cats and their owners. We are passionate about advancing feline medicine in Southeast Asia.

The Role

We are looking for a confident, experienced Veterinary to join our close-knit clinical team in The Cat Vet. You will manage a varied feline caseload — from wellness consultations to internal medicine and general surgery — and play an active role in mentoring junior colleagues and shaping our clinical culture. The candidate will also step into a future leadership position as a Head Vet.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct feline consultations across wellness, preventive care, and medical cases.
  • Perform soft tissue surgical procedures including spays, castrations, dental procedures.
  • Interpret diagnostic imaging (radiography, ultrasonography) and in-house laboratory results.
  • Manage feline-specific conditions
  • Provide guidance and clinical mentorship to junior veterinarians and nurses.
  • Gradual paced assumption of certain management roles of running the clinic and possibility to be groomed into a future Head Vet position
  • Build lasting client relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols and practice standards.

Qualifications

  • BVSc, BVetMed, DVM or equivalent from a Singapore government recognized veterinary school. Automatically recognized degrees — from schools accredited by:

o   RCVS (Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons)

o   AVBC (Australasian Veterinary Boards Council)

o   AVMA (American Veterinary Medical Association)

Alternative pathways for non-recognized degrees:

o   Passing the NAVLE (North American Veterinary Licensing Exam)

o   Passing the RCVS Statutory Membership Exam

o   Passing the Australian National Veterinary Examination (ANVE)

o   Passing the New Zealand Veterinary Examination (NZNVE)

  • 5 or more years of clinical experience in small-animal or feline practice
  • Proficiency in internal medicine, routine and soft tissue surgery
  • Strong diagnostic and clinical reasoning skills
  • Excellent English communication and client-facing manner

Good to have

  • Feline Medicine or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in a cat-only or feline-specialist clinic
