Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, preparing business proposals, and supporting the Company's growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve company growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Prepare business proposals, quotations, presentations, and tender documents.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Arrange and attend client meetings to present the Company's products and services.
• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in closing business deals.Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Follow up on sales enquiries and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
