Role Description The Corporate Solutions Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, focused on helping corporate clients design and implement training solutions that align with their business objectives. This role involves engaging with organizations to understand their talent development needs, conducting needs assessments, and proposing appropriate training programs and learning pathways. The consultant will participate in presales activities, prepare proposals and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams to scope and customize solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating project timelines, tracking outcomes, and ensuring high-quality delivery of agreed solutions. The role also requires monitoring market trends in skills development and providing feedback to enhance Vertical Institute’s corporate offerings.

Qualifications

• Strong consulting and presales skills, with the ability to understand client needs and recommend suitable training solutions.
• Demonstrated sales capabilities, including building pipelines, presenting solutions, and supporting contract negotiations.
• Solid analytical skills to interpret client data, market trends, and learning outcomes for informed recommendations.
• Proven project management skills to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure successful delivery.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers at various organizational levels.
• Experience in corporate training, education, HR, or L&D is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and a strong interest in workforce development and digital skills.
