Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are looking for an OT/IT specialist to develop and support software solutions for manufacturing operations, with a focus on MES and system integration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand business and manufacturing requirements and translate them into technology solutions.
  • Develop, support, and improve OT applications and systems.
  • Support MES and Level 2/Level 3 system integration.
  • Develop and maintain web applications and APIs.
  • Support IT/OT projects from planning through implementation.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions.
  • Evaluate new technologies and drive system/process improvements.
  • Provide technical support, user training, and knowledge sharing.
  • Maintain technical documentation and reports.
  • Work closely with users and cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, application support, OT systems, or related IT fields.
  • Experience with MES and Level 2/Level 3 system integration in manufacturing.
  • Hands-on experience with web application development, such as REST API, Angular, or React.
  • Knowledge of Agile software development.
  • Experience with Git/source code management and DevOps tools.
  • Understanding of software testing, including unit and integration testing.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
