We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teacher Assistant to support our educational team at Pusat Tuisyen Sinar Jaya Jerantut. The ideal candidate will help create a positive learning environment for students and assist in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.

- Support students with individualized instruction and tutoring as needed.

- Help prepare instructional materials and resources.

- Monitor and encourage student participation and engagement.

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

- Assist in assessing student progress and providing feedback.

- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance.

- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.

- Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and grading assignments.

- Ensure a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in education or child development is a plus.

- Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
