Job Description & Requirements

• Create import & export jobs in system till Billing andfile closure

• Liaise with Carrier / Co-loader for import shipmentarrival & export shipment booking

• Liaise with Internal & External Customers forshipments arrangement

• Handle import & export custom permit

• Liaise with Transporter for import & export cargohandling

• Procure rates with Carrier / Co-loader

• Check origin/destination rate with overseas agent

• Support Sales for quotation

• Any ad-hoc matter assigned by superior

Requirements:

• 5 working days

• Working Location : Singapore

• Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office

• Possess good work ethics and positive working attitude

• Able to handle pressure & adapt in a fast-paceenvironment

• Demonstrate an eye for details and ability to prioritizeurgent tasks

• Expect overtime on a regular basis
