Job Summary
Assist engineers in executing projects by coordinating tasks, supporting site supervision, preparing documentation, liaising with vendors, monitoring progress, and resolving site-related issues to ensure smooth project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Assist engineers in executing project tasks, coordinating activities, and maintaining accurate documentation to support project progress
- Support site supervision by participating in inspections, testing, and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project standards
- Prepare detailed reports, drawings, work records, and project updates to communicate progress and findings clearly
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to align project requirements and schedules effectively
- Monitor project progress regularly and update documentation to reflect current status and changes
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving site-related issues promptly to minimize project delays
Job Requirements:
- ITE graduate from recognized institution.
- Polytechnic Diploma from recognized institution
- Possess good interpersonal communication and analytical skills with people at all levels.
- Prepare to work in construction environment occasionally.
