Short Professional Job Description

The E-Commerce Manager leads and grows multi-channel online sales across Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop. The role is responsible for e-commerce strategy, revenue growth, profitability, platform operations, and improving the overall online customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
• Develop and execute e-commerce growth strategies.
• Monitor online sales, revenue, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising.
• Plan and coordinate online campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze e-commerce performance and customer behavior.
• Develop SOPs to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams.
• Monitor inventory and fulfillment performance.
• Prepare e-commerce reports and recommend business improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience in e-commerce management.
• Hands-on experience with Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, and TikTok Shop.
• Strong understanding of online sales and digital marketing.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commercial and revenue-growth mindset.
• Good communication and team-management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month
