Key Responsibilities

• Enquiry Management: Attend to incoming customer sales enquiries promptly, providing friendly, professional, and clear communication.
• Documentation & Contracts: Prepare and process formal sales quotations, contracts, sales orders, and delivery orders with precision.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise between clients, the sales team, and plant operations to align on production schedules and ensure timely delivery.
• Record Keeping & Billing: Maintain structured records of client accounts, contracts, and sales reports, assisting within voicing and documentation follow-ups.
• Order Tracking: Monitor order progress from confirmation through to fulfillment, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the discipline to work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficiency in basic software (Microsoft Excel and Word); familiarity with standard administrative or accounting workflows is a plus.
• Prior experience in sales administration, customer support, or contract documentation is advantageous.
• Background in construction, manufacturing, or ready-mix concrete is a bonus, but proactive individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
