Job Description
Responsibilities
Specialized as a technical professional responsible for creating construction drawings, structural details, and precise reinforcing steel schedules (rebar) to ensure integrity and cost-efficient construction
Create, update, and modify structural and architectural shop drawings using AutoCAD
Calculate total rebar weight and quantity from drawings for procurement and cost estimation
Collaborate with project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors to interpret structural designs and resolve site discrepancies
Visit project sites to take measurements, verify, and produce as-built drawings based on site adjustments
Prepare shop drawings for submission to consultants and authorities, incorporating comments for final approval
