Company Overview

Job Summary

Manage end-to-end human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and foreign manpower administration to support organizational effectiveness and regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

Manage recruitment processes to attract and select qualified candidates aligned with company needs

Administer employee lifecycle activities including performance management, discipline, and grievance resolution to maintain a positive work environment

Facilitate effective communication between management and employees by addressing concerns and resolving grievances promptly

Operate payroll and time attendance systems accurately to ensure timely employee compensation

Handle foreign manpower administration including Work Pass applications, cancellations, and renewals to comply with immigration regulations

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements related to MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other regulatory bodies by timely submissions and audits

Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and standard operating procedures to support consistent HR practices

Required competencies and certifications

Diploma or Certificate in Human Resource Management with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience

Proficient in MS Office applications to support HR administrative tasks

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple HR functions efficiently

Effective interpersonal skills to engage with employees and management constructively

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment

In-depth knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices to ensure legal compliance and effective HR management
