Job Description

Responsibilities

Managingorganizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenueand expense controls.

  • Responsiblefor Sales & Business Development including new account development
  • Meetingplanned sales goals.
  • Achievedaily targeted number of sales calls with effective strategies and solutions
  • Meetminimum sales gross margin and monitor invoicing and receivables
  • Trackingsales goals and reporting results as necessary.
  • Overseeingthe activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Requireworking beyond office hours, weekends/public holidays as and when is requiredby the Management
  • Coordinatingwith marketing on lead generation.
  • Theongoing training of your salespeople.
  • Developingyour sales team through motivation, counselling, and product knowledge education.
  • Promotingthe organization and products.
  • Understandour ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Relationshipbuilding with new and existing customers.
  • Providebusiness development and strategic insight into specific market segmentsdesignated by upper management.
Requirementsand skills

  • AnyDegree/Equivalent Education with rich relevant experience
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization andproven ability to build strong professional relationships.
  • Highlyorganized and able to multi-task
  • Provenexperience in creating and executing detailed partner marketing plans.
  • Systematicapproach to sharing knowledge and best practices across multiple teams.
  • Analyticaltendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate to getthe best results possible.
