The Job
Analyze and investigate complicated insurance claims
Perform detailed site inspections
Review and process new vehicle claims reports
Uphold relationships and communication with insurance departments and customer
Organize and present vehicle claims review plan
Negotiate settlement
Resolve vehicle claims in a timely manner
Support the workshop day-to-day operation
Ensuring workshop operation follow the company SOP closely
Other adhoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years’ in a similar position
With prior experience in vehicle servicing workshop and with experience in dealing with accident claim business will be an advantage
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Superb interpersonal and communication skills
Good understanding of insurance claims negotiation and settlement techniques
Able to handle multiple task efficiently in a fast pace environment
Working Days (Mon-Fri: 9.00am to 6.00pm, Alt Sat: 9.00am to 6.00pm)
