Key Responsibilities

• Support on-time delivery and inventory control, coordinating across production, sales, and finance
• Build and maintain strong vendor/supplier relationships for a reliable supply chain
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ISO requirements
• Foster cross-training, communication, and peer support within the department
• Drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes, tools, and reporting
• Plan and manage Supply Chain Section operations and workforce, overseeing productivity and quality
• Uphold safety and 5S standards, enforcing SOPs and good housekeeping

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or Hazardous Substance Management a plus
• At least 5 years' relevant experience in supply chain operations, including team leadership; manufacturing industry experience preferred
• Experience with compliance (environmental, safety, trade), cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
• Experience in manufacturing MNC is a plus
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with ERP/inventory/logistics systems
• Solid understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management practices
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable handling ad-hoc tasks
