**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled / Non-Skilled Sandblasting Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will operate sandblasting equipment to prepare and finish metal surfaces according to quality standards whilst maintaining a safe working environment. 



**Job Description**

• Operate sandblasting machines and related equipment to clean, smooth, or roughen metal surfaces for coating or treatment processes

• Monitor machine performance, adjust settings, and perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal operation and product quality

• Inspect finished products for quality compliance, identifying and reporting any defects or irregularities

• Maintain accurate production records and adhere to workplace safety protocols, including proper use of personal protective equipment



**Job Requirements**

• Minimum Secondary school education or equivalent qualification

• Prior experience operating sandblasting equipment in a manufacturing environment is advantageous (Training provided if No Skill)

• Basic Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions 

• Strong attention to detail with commitment to quality and safety standards

• Physical fitness to handle manual tasks and work in industrial environments

• Willingness to work rotating shifts if required
