Conduct outbound calls to charities and non-profit organisations to promote the

Introduce the programme to charity leaders, board members, and relevant stakeholders.

Explain the programme structure, learning outcomes, eligibility criteria, and available funding support.

Follow up with organisations that have received previous communications or expressed interest in the programme.

Respond to basic enquiries and guide prospective participants through the registration process.

Convert qualified leads into confirmed enrolments and achieve assigned enrolment targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and enrolment outcomes in the designated tracking system.

Prepare progress updates and provide administrative support related to outreach activities.

Perform other duties as assigned to support programme promotion and enrolment initiatives.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service, or sales will be an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.

Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging with prospective clients.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.

Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.

Good organisational skills with the ability to manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Candidates with experience engaging charities, non-profit organisations, or corporate clients will have an added advantage.
