About Us

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Procurement Manager

to lead our sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimisation efforts.

Job Summary

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies that ensure the timely, cost-effective, and quality-assured supply of goods and services. This role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally with finance, operations, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals and budget

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the best pricing, quality, and terms

Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from requisition to purchase order to delivery

Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and monitor their performance

Analyse market trends, pricing, and supply risks to inform sourcing decisions

Ensure compliance with company policies, budget constraints, and relevant regulations

Manage procurement contracts, renewals, and vendor agreements

Collaborate with finance and operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements

Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation

Supervise and mentor procurement team members (if applicable)

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Proficient in procurement/ERP software and MS Excel

Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Knowledge of Singapore procurement regulations and import/export procedures is an advantage
