Roles & Responsibilities
Design and develop electrical and control systems for advanced semiconductor equipment.
Develop electrical schematics, control panels, wiring, safety circuits, PLC and HMI systems.
Develop servo motion control, multi-axis synchronization, and machine automation.
Integrate sensors, actuators, vision systems, barcode/RFID, industrial PCs, and fieldbus devices.
Develop heater and temperature control systems, including PID control.
Lead system integration, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with Mechanical, Software, Process, and Manufacturing teams.
Support equipment commissioning and overseas projects when required.
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment, automation, or precision machinery.
Strong experience in PLC, motion control, servo systems, and machine automation.
Proficient in EPLAN/AutoCAD Electrical and industrial protocols such as EtherCAT,EtherNet/IP, or Profinet.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a hands-on, independent mindset.
Semiconductor equipment experience is highly preferred.
