Automation Software Manager
Responsibilities
Design and implement industrial automation systems.
Manage automation projects from start to finish.
Program and integrate PLCs, HMIs and SCADA systems.
Troubleshoot automation problems and reduce downtime.
Lead and mentor junior engineers.
Prepare technical documents and system designs.
Ensure safety, quality and industry standards.
Recommend new automation technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics or related field.
5–10 years of automation engineering experience.
At least 3 years in a senior or leadership role.
Required Skills
Strong PLC, SCADA and industrial control knowledge.
Experience with Ladder Logic, Structured Text or IEC 61131-3.
Good knowledge of electrical and control systems.
Experience with CAD and simulation tools.
Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of ISO, IEC and safety standards.
