Responsibilities
Job Description
Oversee daily cleaning operations, may require across multiple job sites.
Lead and manage site cleaners to ensure service quality and coverage.
Provide hands-on support with onsite cleaning when needed.
Plan manpower allocation, create work schedules, and manage attendance records.
Resolve onsite issues including conflict resolution, service recovery, and incident reporting.
Supervise the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment.
Execute ad-hoc duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in cleaning or facilities management.
Willingness to perform onsite cleaning tasks during manpower shortages.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
