Job Summary

Assist in daily kitchen operations by preparing and cooking food, handling cashiering, maintaining hygiene, and supporting inventory and takeaway order preparation to ensure smooth and efficient service.

Responsibilities

• Cut, chop, and portion cooked chicken according to established standards to ensure consistent quality
• Prepare and cook food by following company recipes and operating standards to maintain taste and safety
• Prepare ingredients including washing, cutting, and basic mise en place to support efficient cooking processes
• Handle counter cashiering and manage cash transactions accurately to support sales operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen equipment and work areas to comply with food safety standards
• Assist with food packing and preparation of takeaway orders to ensure timely customer service
• Organize inventory and replenish stock to maintain adequate kitchen supplies
• Adhere strictly to food safety and hygiene standards to ensure compliance and customer safety
• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors to support kitchen operations

Required competencies and certifications

• SEC / Certification in F&B Management or Diploma in Culinary Arts

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Passion for F&B, cooking, and customer service
• Open-mindedness to unlearn and relearn processes and skills
