Job description:

• Managed the full project lifecycle, including authority submissions and approvals.
• Independently handled and coordinated multiple projects simultaneously.
• Administered construction contracts to ensure projects were executed in accordance with design intent, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintained close coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Prepared and developed architectural drawings and documentation accurately and professionally to meet project requirements.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture
• Minimum 4 years of relevant architectural experience
• Preferably with experience in industrial projects, particularly data centres and dormitories
