Core Responsibilities

• Cost Estimation: Calculate quantities, materials, labour, and project timeframes before project commencement.
• Tendering and Contracts: Prepare tender packages, evaluate bids, and support contract negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Budget Monitoring: Track expenses, manage variations, and forecast financial outcomes.
• Valuation and Payments: Assess completed work on-site and process progress claims or subcontractor payments.
• Risk and Dispute Management: Identify commercial risks and support resolution of contractual claims or disputes.

Requirements

• Electrical background / knowledge is required.
• Comfortable with occasional project-site checking.
