Event Coordinator

About the Opportunity

Love planning events and creating memorable experiences? Join Creatives Dot and gain hands-on experience in event coordination, marketing and on-site execution while developing skills in project management, communication and teamwork.

Your Role

You will support the delivery of events from planning to execution, including:

• Coordinating event schedules, logistics, budgets and materials
• Working with venues, vendors, suppliers and partners
• Managing registrations, guest details and event communications
• Supporting event marketing and promotional activities
• Assisting with event setup and on-site operations
• Handling changes and resolving issues during events
• Gathering feedback to improve future experiences

Who We’re Looking For

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Students, fresh graduates or entry-level candidates
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
• Confident communicators who enjoy working with people
• Creative, adaptable and detail-oriented
• Available for occasional evening or weekend events
• Have experience in events, hospitality or project coordination (an advantage)
