About the Job:

We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and results-oriented Sourcing Associate to join our team and gain hands-on exposure to recruitment and talent consulting. You will be responsible for proactively building talent pipelines, recommending quality candidates, and supporting consultants in achieving successful placements. Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.
• Interview Arrangement: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Recruitment Analytics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, preparing reports, and analysing hiring trends.
• Administrative Support: Assist in drafting job descriptions, screening resumes, and following up with candidates.
• CV Submission & Closure Support: Ensure timely and quality CV submissions for active job openings while supporting consultants closely to achieve interview, placement, and closure targets.
• Candidate Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience and long-term talent pipeline development.
• Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance employer branding through social media and recruitment campaigns.
• Ad Hoc Support: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager from time to time.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with recruitment tools are a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
