About the role

We’re looking for an Affiliate & Creator Marketing Executive to help grow HETCH’s creator and affiliate business with a strong focus on TikTok Shop.


HETCH is a Malaysian home and kitchen appliance brand. We are a top seller in TikTok Shop’s Electronics Home Appliance category and TikTok Shop Mall Electronics Brand of the Year 2025.


You’ll work with creators, affiliates, agencies and internal teams to build partnerships, activate content and grow affiliate sales.


What you’ll do

  • Recruit, develop and manage TikTok Shop creators and affiliates
  • Identify high-potential creators based on content quality, audience fit and sales performance
  • Build relationships with creators, KOLs, agencies and affiliate partners
  • Manage creator outreach, product sampling, follow-ups and content activation
  • Manage affiliate activities in TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre, including products, commissions, samples and campaigns
  • Plan affiliate campaigns for launches and key sale periods such as 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, Raya and CNY
  • Grow video and LIVE collaborations with high-performing creators
  • Track GMV, content output, conversion and creator performance and scale what works
  • Flag product claims, content or policy issues early


What we’re looking for

  • 0–2 years in affiliate marketing, creator/KOL marketing, TikTok Shop, influencer marketing or e-commerce. Relevant internships are welcome
  • Fresh graduates with relevant experience or a strong interest in social commerce are welcome to apply
  • Strong understanding of TikTok and the type of content that performs in Malaysia
  • Strong communication, follow-up and relationship-management skills
  • Comfortable using data to evaluate performance
  • Proactive and able to work full-time on-site
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia required
  • Mandarin is a strong advantage
